Terms of service

These terms apply when you use EVRYbook. By creating an account or booking an activity, you agree to them.

What EVRYbook does

EVRYbook is a marketplace. It connects families with providers and coaches who run activities. Providers and coaches run their own activities. EVRYbook does not run them and is not responsible for how they are run.

Your account

• You must be an adult to create an account.
• Give accurate information, and keep it up to date.
• Keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
• A parent or guardian manages each child’s profile and books for them.

Booking and payment

• When you book, you agree to pay the price shown for the activity.
• Some classes charge when you book. Others charge a set time before the class starts. The class page tells you which.
• Each class has its own refund policy, set by the provider. The class page shows it before you book.
• Our payment processor handles all card payments.

For providers and coaches

• Give accurate information about your business and your activities.
• Hold every license, permit, insurance policy, and background check that the law or your activity requires.
• Honor the bookings, prices, and refund policies you publish on EVRYbook.
• Use family and child information only to run the activities they booked.
• EVRYbook may charge a platform fee on completed bookings. We will show the fee before it applies.

Content you post

You own the reviews, photos, and messages you post. You give EVRYbook permission to show them on EVRYbook so the service can work. Do not post anything that is false, harmful, or that you do not have the right to share.

Things you must not do

• Break the law, or help someone else break it.
• Harass, threaten, or harm another user.
• Post false reviews or pretend to be someone else.
• Try to get into accounts or systems that are not yours.
• Copy or scrape EVRYbook in bulk.

Ending your account

You can close your account at any time. See user data deletion. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

Disclaimers

We provide EVRYbook “as is”. We work to keep it available and correct, but we cannot promise that it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, EVRYbook is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Privacy

Our privacy policy explains how we handle your information.

Changes to these terms

We will update this page when these terms change. When a change is important, we will tell you before it takes effect.
